Touch the Universe –

A New Highlight in the Heart of Berlin

We’re excited to present an innovative project created in close collaboration with Stiftung Planetarium Berlin: an interactive exhibition in the foyer of the wonderful Zeiss-Großplanetarium. The concept, “Touch the Universe,” invites visitors to explore the wonders of the cosmos in a playful and immersive way – and it’s right here in our neighborhood, Prenzlauer Berg!

Five large-scale, mobile exhibits bring astronomy to life. With integrated wheels, adaptable lighting, and a flexible content management system, they’re designed for a wide range of uses, from exhibitions to events. Each exhibit is a standalone highlight, offering unique and surprising ways to connect with the cosmos. The design features a sleek, space-inspired aesthetic, combining padded lighting elements with cool steel structures.

Exhibition Highlights:

  • Surfaces of the Planets: Explore the diversity of our solar system interactively – hands-on and inspiring.
  • View from the Space Station: See Earth from an astronaut’s perspective – guided by an interactive interface.
  • Reaction in Zero Gravity: A playful challenge – restore order amid chaos aboard the ISS.
  • Rocket Launch: Team up for a thrilling countdown with sound, lights, and dynamic action.
  • The Black Hole: Experience the “spaghettification” effect – dare to reach into the unknown!

Another standout feature is the Immersive Room: a versatile space offering a striking introduction to the planetarium’s breathtaking dome shows and dynamic content.

Our goal was to seamlessly blend science, design, and interactivity – making every visit to the Zeiss-Großplanetarium an unforgettable experience. Entry is free!
