What makes a company a good one? Satisfied customers, no doubt. But next to that – fortunately – work-life balance is becoming increasingly important. Today, the compatibility of family, leisure and work is an essential aspect for companies to keep up with international standards and to attract and retain employees in the long term.
Our goal is to offer an environment where all employees feel comfortable and appreciated. This also applies to new realities of work and changing social requirements, especially when colleagues become parents. And it seems like we are doing quite a good job!
