For one of the world’s leading companies in the pharmaceuticals sector*, we designed and implemented a comprehensive digital signage concept at the headquarters in Germany, which makes the company values and goals visible and tangible for employees and guests. This is how information is conveyed and identification created – essential for all internal corporate communication measures.
In the entrances of five buildings on the campus, we implemented media installations as well as wall graphics and developed the lighting concept. Elements, patterns, and colors from the corporate design pool create a consistent design and reflect the corporate identity of the company. Depending on the function of the building, staging and media presentations differ.
A timeline shows the company’s history, and in the foyer of the main building you can find out about current developments and the company’s portfolio at an interactive media column, or get to know colleagues from the group around the world through exhibited portraits. The atmosphere of the entrance area can be changed on a large LED panel and, for example, adapted for special occasions or events.
Hard- and software are controlled via a content management system that we developed specifically for this project. The content is operated by an editorial system with user-friendly interface. The content of the individual screens can be adjusted any time. Different templates have been designed for different content types. An editorial plan also allows content to be played out automatically, for example depending on the day of the week or the time of day, so that, for example, employees can be greeted with good morning messages by arrival.
